Dipo is a consummate industry professional in the Nigerian petroleum industry where he has headed the development of several landmark oil and gas facilities, facilitated both international and local bulk cargo transactions and contributed papers for industry development. Dipo has a broad knowledge of the oil and gas sector that covers engineering, safety procedures, cargo supply/shipping, trading, storage and inventory management.
He started his extensive career which spans audit, business advisory, consulting, engineering and technical services. He has actively interacted on the global web scaling the dynamics of petroleum economics, energy, maritime and environmental business opportunities.
Dipo was employed at Arthur Andersen (now KPMG), Cakasa Nigeria Company Ltd, and has held key senior and executive positions at Entech Integrated Services Ltd and Folawiyo Energy Limited. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Vortisol Nigeria Limited. The Company is a technology solutions provider, promoting innovative and sustainable utilisation of natural resources towards a brighter future for Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa. His scope scales across energy, environmental and maritime landscapes.
Dipo is a member of the Board of Directors of some companies in Nigeria.
He is an alumnus of Ondo State University, Ado Ekiti – B.Eng. (Hons) Mechanical Engineering, the University of Lagos – M.Sc. Metallurgical & Materials Engineering and Warwick Business School, University of Warwick – MBA.
Dipo is a Registered Engineer, Member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (MNSE) and a Fellow of the Nigeria Institution of Mechanical Engineers (FNiMechE).
Dipo is a trustee of Cornelius – Advance Africa Foundation, an NGO that promotes access to education and healthcare in rural areas of Nigeria. He is also a member of Apapa Boat Club and Lagos JetSki Club.
